Ella Hahlweg, 91, of RR#1, Hastings, Nebraska, died Monday, February 25,
2002 at Perkins Pavilion. Services will be Thursday, February 28, 2002;11:00 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church with Rev. Donald E. Boeschen officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska. Ella Hahlweg was born January 15, 1911 in Adams County, Nebraska to August & Hulda (Einspahr) Hahlweg. She attended Hastings College and Kearney State College and received her B.S. in Special Education. She taught school in Adams, Kearney and Buffalo counties. She was a life long area resident except for two years that she lived in Washington D.C. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Luther Anns and the National Retired Teachers Association. Ella Hahlweg was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Harley. Survivors include, Brother: Alvin Hahlweg - Hastings, NE Many cousins Memorial may be given to Donors Choice |
