Hastings resident, Wayne ‘Bob’ Albers, 59, of Perkins Pavilion, died
Thursday, November 28, 2002 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital. Services will be Tuesday, December 3, 10:30 A.M. at Peace Lutheran Church with Rev. Donald E. Boeschen officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska. Wayne ‘Bob’ Albers was born August 2, 1943 in Hastings, Nebraska to Ed & Ella (Markwardt) Albers. He participated at Hope Training School, Mid-Nebraska Individual Services and Martin Luther Homes Services. He worked at Pizza Hut and volunteered at Good Samaritan Village both in Hastings, Nebraska . He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church. Wayne ‘Bob’ Albers was preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister, Lucille Gartner. Survivors include, Sisters: Darline Thein - Hastings, NE Mrs. Richard ‘Marilyn’ Gerritsen - Hastings, NE Mrs. Harold ‘Milrae’ Gartner - Ayr, NE Betty Lindsey - Aurora, CO Brother: Delmar Albers - Hastings, NE 23 Nieces & Nephews Many grandnieces & grandnephews. Memorial may be given to the Family |
