Golden D. Anderson, 88, of Perkins Pavilion, died Wednesday, September
11, 2002 at Perkins Pavilion. Services will be Tuesday, September 17, 2002; 2:00 P.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Dr. Carl W. Utley officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska. Golden D. Anderson was born December 17, 1913 in Hildreth, Nebraska to Glenn & Olive (Smalley) Rule. She graduated from high school in Compton, California. On June 28, 1936, she married Vern Anderson and he preceded her in death in 1992. She was a homemaker and a member of First Presbyterian Church, P.E.O., Lochland, Y.W.C.A. and a past member of Mary Lanning Hospital Auxiliary. She was a life long area resident. Golden D. Anderson was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Vern, son, Donald and a daughter-in-law, Judith Anderson. Survivors include, Son: William Anderson - Omaha, NE Daughter-in-law: Pat Anderson - Hastings, NE Grandchildren: 4 Kim Hermann - Juniata, NE Lance Anderson - Omaha, NE Wade Anderson - Lincoln, NE Kirk Anderson - Omaha, NE 6 Great Grandchildren Memorial may be given to First Presbyterian Church Or Hastings Museum Foundation |
