Glenvil resident, Harold Gene Hinrichs, 78, of 39020 Road D died Monday,
May 2, 2005 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital. Services will be Thursday, May 5, 2005; 2:00 P.M. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Glenvil, Nebraska with Pastor Bernie Ward-Crixell officiating. Burial will be in Glenvil Cemetery, Glenvil, Nebraska. Mr. Hinrichs was born February 5, 1927 in Clay County, Nebraska to Henry R. & Theda (Mensen) Hinrichs. He was baptized on March 3, 1927 and confirmed on April 6, 1941 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, He attended country school in Clay County and graduated from Glenvil High School, Glenvil, Nebraska. On August 14, 1949, he married Wanda Saathoff at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Glenvil. He was a farmer and a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Church Council, Church Choir; and a past member of the Sandy Creek School Board of Education, Glenvil Co-op Credit Union- Credit Committee and Glenvil Rural Fire Board. He was a Pioneer Seed representative. Mr. Hinrichs was preceded in death by his parents & brother-in-law, Harry Tropello. Survivors include, Wife: Wanda Hinrichs - Glenvil, NE Son & Daughter-in-law: Ron & Cindy Hinrichs - Glenvil, NE Daughters & Sons-in-law: Connie & Rod Imler - Glenvil, NE Bonnie & Steve Beman - Ayr, NE 8 Grandchildren & Spouses: Chad Imler Matt & Jackie Imler Sara & Keith Hemberger Ryan Hinrichs Alyssa Beman J.D.
