Pauline resident, Donald Leroy Mohlman, 80, of 2210 East Mulberry Street, died Thursday, December 28, 2006 at his home.

Services will be Tuesday, January 2, 2007; 2:00 P.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Rev. Marvin Coffey officiating. Burial will be in Oak Creek Cemetery, south of Pauline, Nebraska. Visitation will be Sunday, December 31, 2006; 1pm-9pm, Monday, January 1, 2007; 1pm-9pm &Tuesday, January 2; 2007; 9am until service time. Memorials to Pauline United Methodist Church.

Mr. Mohlman was born March 13, 1926 on a farm south of Pauline, Nebraska in Clay County. He attended Willowdale School District #58 & Harris Knoll School District #78. He lived in Clay County, Kearney, Hastings and Pauline, Nebraska. He married Ethel Lois Gates on October 31, 1982 at Pauline United Methodist Church. He retired from farming and then worked for the Adams County Roads Department. He was a member of Pauline United Methodist Church, Platte Valley Antique Machinery Association and a life member of Nebraska State Historical Society. He liked Oregon Trail & Nebraska history and also loved to garden.

Mr. Mohlman was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Vera Rolls.
