Hastings resident, John F. Dodds, 71, of 318 East 2nd Street, died Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at St. Elizabeth Regional Medical Center, Lincoln, Nebraska.

Memorial service will be Monday, January 15, 2007; 1:00 P.M. at the Salvation Army, Hastings, Nebraska with Kathleen Beall officiating. Memorials to the family. No viewing or visitation.

Mr. Dodds was born December 21, 1935 in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan to John & Helen (Wildey) Dodds. He moved to Hastings, Nebraska in 1970 and worked for Western Land Roller. He married Helen Myers on February 19, 1982.

Mr. Dodds was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.
