Life long Hastings resident, JoAnn L. Peterson, 48, of 738 East 6th Street, died Saturday, November 24, 2007 at her home.

Services will be Wednesday, November 28, 2007; 2:00 P.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Rev. Harold Stromer officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 27, 2007; 9A.M.-9P.M. with family present from 6P.M.-8P.M. & Wednesday, November 28, 2007; 9A.M. until service time. Memorials to the family’s choice.

Mrs. Peterson was born April 22, 1959 in Hastings, Nebraska to J.O. ‘Ozzie’ & Louise (Torske) Budd. She graduated from Hastings High School in 1977 and from Central Community College in 1995. She was a graphic designer for various companies. On December 21, 2001, she married David Peterson.

Mrs. Peterson was preceded in death by her mother and a sister, Julie.
