Services will be at a later date at St. Mark’s Episcopal Pro-Cathedral, Hastings. There will be no visitation. Your choice of memorials may be given to cancer research, ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease), or St. Mark’s Church. Tom was born August 28, 1920 in Hastings, Nebraska to George & Zada (Curtis) North. He graduated from Alhambra, CA.City High School in 1938. On April 9, 1943 he married Rosemarie Frisch. Tom served in the Army Air Corps during WWII as a crew member of a B-24 Liberator flying out of England. He was a retired postmaster and worked at Gary Michael’s following his retirement. He was a member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. He was a past exalted ruler of the Elks; was also a member of the American Legion and V.F.W. Tom was preceded in death by his parents; brother; sister; eldest son, Larry North; and step-father, Leon Wiggin. Survivors include: |
