Hastings resident, Barbara N. Wells, 72, of Perkins Pavilion, died Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at Perkins Pavilion.

Services will be Friday, July 11, 2008; 10:00 A.M. at First Christian Church with Rev. Dr. Judith Allen officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska. Memorials may be given to the First Christian Church, Mary Lanning Hospice or Perkins Pavilion. Visitation will be Thursday, July 10, 2008; 1:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M. at the funeral home and Friday, July 11, 2008, 1 hr. prior to service at the church.

Barb was born April 2, 1936 in Minneapolis, Kansas to James & Lorraine (Ferguson) Boyle. She graduated from Marysville High School, Marysville, Kansas in 1954 and married Robert Wells in Marysville on October 23, 1954. She was a receptionist for Ingersoll-Dresser for 17 years. She was a member of First Christian Church.

Barb was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Robert K.
