Rosary will be 7:30 P.M. on Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2008 ; 10 A.M. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Hastings with Father Michael Houlihan officiating. Burial with military rites will be in Parkview Cemetery in Hastings. Memorials may be given to St. Michael’s Catholic Church or to the family. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at 5:00 P.M. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Harry G. Hinrichs was born on July 16, 1924 in Adams County, Nebraska to Reemt and Gebka (Janssen) Hinrichs. He served in the United States Navy during World War II and was a member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), and the 40 & 8. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Pius XII 4th Degree Assembly and the Hastings Veterans Organizations Military Honor Guard. Harry Hinrichs was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Hastings and a former employee of Swift & Company, Hastings Municipal Utilities, Hastings Industries, and Wal-Mart. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Christopher Hinrichs, and brother Alvin Hinrichs. Survivors include: |
