Services will be Saturday, April 5, 2008; 1:00 P. M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings, Nebraska with Carla Burge officiating. Burial will be in Blue Valley Cemetery, Ayr, Nebraska. Memorials may be given to Alzheimer’s Association. Visitation will be Friday, April 4, 2008; 9 A.M. – 9 P.M. with family present 6-8 P.M. and Saturday, April 5, 2008; 9 A.M. until service.

Kay M. Sherman was born November 16, 1945 in Hastings, Nebraska to Orville & Hazel (Gingrich) Burge. She graduated from Blue Hill High School and married Merle R. Sherman on November 4, 1967 in Ayr, Nebraska. She held various jobs and was a homemaker. While in Hastings, Kay attended the Church of Christ.

Kay M. Sherman was preceded in death by her husband Merle R. Sherman, on March 28, 2005.
