Barbetta Heartwell

Barbetta "Barbee" Heartwell, 80, of Salzburg, Austria, passed away at St. Sebastian Assisted Living in Salzburg on Sunday, August 28, 2011.

Graveside services will be Thursday, October 13, 2011; 10:30 A.M. in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings with Rev. Dr. William Nottage-Tacey officiating. There will be no viewing or visitation.

Ms. Heartwell was born to Chauncey Barrows Heartwell and Betty Mattison Heartwell on October 30, 1930 in Long Beach, California. She attended the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. After college she moved to Austria to be with her parents.

Barbetta was preceded in death by her parents; her aunts, Geraldine Heartwell and Marion Mattison Gerken; and a cousin, Charles Lowe.
