Becky R. White

Hastings resident Becky R. White, 72, passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at Mary Lanning Healthcare.

Services will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, August 22, 2026 at Butler Volland Chapel with Pastor Matt Sass officiating. Burial will be at Parkview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date. 

Becky was born May 10, 1954, to Ernest & Harriet (Hunnicut) Theesen, in Hastings, Nebraska. She graduated from Adams Central High School in 1972 and graduated from Central Community College. Becky married Chris White on November 19, 1983. She worked as a bookkeeper for Aulner Manufacturing, Industrial Irrigation, and Pooh Corner. She also worked on the catering side at The Garden Café.

Becky enjoyed drinking coffee with her sisters. She loved to play cards and make up the rules as they go. She was a loving daughter, wife, and mother.

Becky was preceded in death by her parents.

Becky is survived by her husband, Chris White; sons, Brandon White, Mark White, and Luke White; sisters & spouses, Lennett & Dale Siebert, Ernalyn & Bob Gaston, and Meredy & Bobby Mullen; brother & spouse, Kevan & Leslie Theesen; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
