Bette J. Conway

Bette J. Conway, a long-time resident of Hastings, Nebraska, passed away on March 24, 2026, in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Bette was born on August 31, 1960. She attended Hastings High School and worked as a manager for Casey’s General Store and was a housekeeper for Mary Lanning before retiring.

Bette was a bright light in the lives of everyone she came in contact with. She loved to laugh and spend time with close friends, family, and her wonderful caregivers at Emerald Brookside and CHI Hospice.

Bette is survived by her 3 children, Angelique (Matthew) Nielson, Jackson Conway, and Dawn Moonsong; her grandchildren, Felicity Conway, Hunter Conway, Keaton McMurray, and Bishop Goff; and 1 great-granddaughter.

There will be a private graveside service at Parkview Cemetery in Hastings. Condolences and cards may be sent to the funeral home.
