Billy Elliott

Hastings resident Billy Don Elliott, 85, passed away Saturday, December 11, 2021, at his home.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 8, at St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church in Holdrege, NE with Rev. Karen Watson officiating. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.

Billy was born March 16, 1936, in Orleans, NE to Thomas Edwin McGinty & Ruth (Elliott) Rhoades. He drove a truck for Speedway Transportation and enjoyed fishing, camping, and working on clocks.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Pat Elliott and Billy Elliott; and brother, John Rhoades.
