Charlene Aabel

Hastings resident, Charlene E. Aabel, 60, died Friday, March 12, 2010 at her home.

Burial Office will be Wednesday, March 17, 2010; 10:00 A. M. at Saint Mark's Episcopal Pro - Cathedral, Hastings, Nebraska with The Very Reverend Robert Neske officiating. Burial will be in the Minden Cemetery, Minden, Nebraska. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 16, 2010; 9 A.M. to 5 P. M. at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the Charlene E. Aabel memorial fund.

Charlene E. Aabel was born February 4, 1950 at Helena, Montana to Charles E. & Lorene E. (Petitt) Smith. She lived in the Trumbull area and graduated from Trumbull High School in 1969. She moved to Hastings in 1969 and married David H. Aabel in 1974. She was a homemaker and a member of Saint Mark's Episcopal Pro - Cathedral.

Charlene E. Aabel was preceded in death by her brother Charles Dan Smith.
