Coletta Lespreance

Hastings resident, Coletta J. "Kay" Lespreance, 93, passed away Friday, October 18, 2013 at Perkins Pavilion Good Samaritan Society-Hastings Village, Hastings, Nebraska.

Rosary will be Sunday, October 20, 2013; 7:00 P.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, October 21, 2013; 10:00 A.M. at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church, Hastings with Father Matthew Rolling officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska. Memorials may be given to the family. Visitation will be Sunday, October 20, 2013; 4:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home, and one hour prior to service at the church.

Kay was born June 3, 1920 in Lawrence, Nebraska to Eugene & Lillian (Lurk) Gerhart. She worked for Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital for many years in the nutrition service department. Kay was a member of St. Cecilia's Catholic Church and Altar Society.

Kay was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Midge Fleming and Betty Hinzmann; and brothers, Charles Gerhart and Eugene Gerhart.
