Dolores Tjarks

Dolores M. Tjarks, 81, of 2319 W. 6th St., died Monday, September 23, 2002 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.

Services will be Friday, September 27, 2002; 11:00 A.M. at First St. Paul's Lutheran Church with Pastor Frank Kerkemeyer officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

Dolores M. Tjarks was born May 21, 1921 in Lowell, Nebraska to Merle & Anna (Lange) Owens. She attended school in Denman, LeRoy and Glenvil, Nebraska. On August 16, 1955, she married Roland R. Tjarks and he preceded her in death on October 3, 1985. She was a sales clerk for Gibsons, Woolworths & J.C. Pennys and also worked at Mode O Day. She was a member of First St. Paul's Lutheran Church.

Dolores M. Tjarks was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Roland R. Tjarks.
