Doris M. Bruna

Hastings resident Doris Maxine Bruna., 95, passed away Friday, September 12, 2025, at her home in Hastings, NE.

Graveside Services will be at 11:30 A.M. on Wednesday, September 17, with Lou Adney officiating, at Alma Cemetery in Alma, NE. There will be no visitation or viewing. Memorials may be given to the family. 

Doris was born on January 14, 1930, in Phillips County, Kansas, to Floyd & Ruth (Rosenberg) Christoffersen. She married Marvin Bruna on January 1, 1950, in Stockton, KS. They moved to Hastings in 1960. Doris was a member of the North Shore Assembly Church in Hastings, and a member of the Christian Women’s Club. She was a homemaker.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Marvin; brother, Ivan (Roberta) Christoffersen; sister, Ada Mae (Ken) and sister in law, Bea Dellamandola (Louie)
