Edna Dworak

Hastings resident, Edna E. Dworak, 88, passed away Friday, August 28, 2009 at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital in Lincoln.

Services will be Monday, August 31, 2009; 10:30 A.M. at First St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Hastings with Rev. Adam White officiating. Burial will be at Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska. Visitation will be Sunday, August 30, 2009; 1:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M., at the funeral home, Monday, August 31, 2009; 1 hour prior to service at the church. Memorials may be given to the family, a memorial will be established at First St. Paul's Lutheran Church at a later date.

Edna was born June 6, 1921 in Blue Hill, Nebraska to Carl & Tillie (Kort) Koepke. She graduated from Hastings High School and lived in Hastings Since 1936. Edna worked at Sunnyside and Hastings Regional Center. She was a member of First St Paul's Lutheran Church.

Edna was preceded in death by her parents and brother Marvin Koepke
