Evelyn Uridil

Hastings resident, Evelyn Marie Uridil, 86, of 511 University, died Wednesday, March 29, 2006 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, April 1, 2006; 11:00 A.M. at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church with Father Larry Gyhra and Father James Hunt officiating. Private family burial at Parkview Cemetery, both at Hastings, Nebraska.

Mrs. Uridil was born July 21, 1919 in Shenandoah, Iowa to L. R. & Elphie C. (Anderson)Sjulin. She graduated from Hamburg High School, Hamburg, Iowa in 1936 and from Duchesne College, Omaha, Nebraska in 1940. She married Creighton Francis Uridil, April 4, 1944 and he preceded her in death on November 1, 1952. She moved to Hastings, Nebraska from San Diego, California in 1944. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Cecilia's Catholic Church.

Mrs. Uridil was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Creighton Francis Uridil Sr. one sister, Norma Stern and three brothers; Ted, Bob and Larry Sjulin.
