Faye Kral

Hastings resident, Faye B. Kral, 94, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Perkins Pavilion Good Samaritan Society - Hastings Village, Hastings.

Services will be Thursday, April 13, 2017; 1:00 P.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings with Pastor Dale Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 12, 2017; 1:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M. and one hour prior to service at the funeral home.

Faye was born July 31, 1922 in Holstein, Nebraska to Hulgar & Iva May (Routh) Nelson. She graduated from Holstein High School and Hastings Technical Community College. Faye married Dallas "Todd" E. Kral on October 29, 1942; he preceded her in death on November 11, 1975. She worked for the U.S. Postal Service as a postmistress in Prosser, Nebraska.

Faye was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dallas "Todd" E. Kral; son-in-law, Richard Wendel; sisters & brothers-in-law, Firn & Delvin Karr and Izetta & Willard Clegg; sisters-in-law & brothers-in-law, Mr. & Mrs. Herb Harrington, Clarence Barth, Mr. & Mrs. Rex Preston, Mr. & Mrs. Jack Nicholas, Mr. & Mrs. Paul Lindeman, Mr. & Mrs. Jay Kral, Mr. & Mrs. Dale Kral, Mr. & Mrs. George Kral, Mr. & Mrs. Chet Rosch, and Lorren Kral; nephews, Roger Clegg and Gary Kral; and niece, Sharon Barth.
