Gaylord Kissell

Hastings resident Gaylord “Ken” Kissell, 79, passed away Monday, December 23, 2024, at Sutton Community Home, Sutton, NE. 

There will be no services held. Visitation will be 1-7 p.m. with the family present 5-7 p.m. Thursday, December 26, at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the donor’s choice. 

Gaylord was born April 17, 1945, in Hastings, NE to Kenneth and Eileen Kissell. He married Mary Kay Shriver on March 4, 1970. He served in the U.S. Navy from March 1963 until July 1966. Gaylord worked as a control room operator for Hastings Utilities. 

Gaylord was preceded in death by his parents.
