Gregory Chingren

Gregory Dale Chingren, 58, died unexpectedly Monday, February 11, 2013 in Ramsey, Minnesota. Born January 8, 1955, in Sidney, Nebraska, to Dale and Dorothy Chingren, both deceased. A long time resident of Hastings and Grand Island, he recently moved to North Platte where he was employed as a construction supervisor for Power Engineers, Inc. Greg lived in North Platte during his teen years and is a graduate of North Platte High School. He was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in Hastings where he often sang in the choir. Greg was very proud to be a member of the Patriot Guard, but most important he was a member of the open road covering thousands of miles on his Harley.

Memorial Service will be held at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 1338 North Saunders, Hastings, Nebraska on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at 1:00 P.M. with a light lunch to follow in the church hall. Visitation will be Friday from 3:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. with family present 7:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. at Livingston Butler Volland Funeral Home. The private burial will be at a later date. Memorials may be given to the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.
