Harold Salmon Jr

Hastings resident, Harold D. "Butch" Salmon Jr.,44, of 2017 West 6th, died Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at his home.

Services will be Thursday, May 3, 2007; 1:00 P.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Pastor Roy Peister officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska. Book signing will be Wednesday, May 2, 2007; 5PM-9PM & Thursday, May 3, 2007; 9AM until service time. Memorials may be given to the family.

Mr. Salmon was born April 2, 1963 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Harold & Sharon (Rathjen) Salmon. He graduated from Guide Rock High School in 1981 and received Associate Degrees in Information Technology & Automotive Body & Paint Technology from Central Community College, Hastings, Nebraska. He worked at Kerr Chevrolet as an Auto Body Technician, later as a truck driver for Grand Island Express and from 1992-2000, for Werner Construction.

Mr. Salmon was preceded in death by his sister, Kimberly Stamper and grandparents, Harold & Eunice Rathjen.
