Hilda Kroger

Trumbull resident, Hilda M. Kroger, 97, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings.

Services will be Friday, March 20, 2015; 11:00 A.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings with Pastor Joel Remmers officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Friday. Memorials may be given to the Hilda M. Kroger Memorial Fund or donor's choice.

Hilda was born January 12, 1918 in Adams County, Nebraska to Gustof & Fannie (Mohlman) Eigenberg. She married Frederick W. Kroger on August 7, 1937and hepreceded her in death on February 2, 2004. Hilda was a lifelong area resident and a member of First St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Hastings. Hilda loved her family, flowers, holidays and the farm.

Hilda was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frederick W. Kroger; son, Rodney Kroger; 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
