Jason Michael Lukas

Hastings resident Jason Michael Lukas, 42, passed away Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at Veterans Hospital, Omaha, NE.

Graveside Services with military rites by Hastings Military Honor Guard will be at 1 p.m. Friday, June 13, at Parkview Cemetery in Hastings with Chaplain John Mueller officiating. There will be no viewing or visitation. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date. 

Jason was born February 11, 1983, in Hastings, NE to Lewis and Shirley Lukas. He served in the U.S. Army and was very proud of his three tours of military service in Iraq.

Jason was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Lukas.
