Juniata resident John Alan Hohlen, 73, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at his home.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at First St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Hastings, with Pastor Joel Remmers officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Hastings, NE. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. with the family present 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, and one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be given to First St. Paul’s Lutheran Church - Hastings. The service will be live-streamed on Livingston Butler Volland Funeral Home’s website.
