Jon David Beavers
Adams County resident Jon Beavers, 60, passed away Friday, December 15, 2025, at Mary Lanning Healthcare, surrounded by his family.
Private family services will take place at a later date. Memorials may be given to the family for future designation. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.lbvfh.com.
Jon was born on September 28, 1965, in Hastings, Nebraska to David & Mary (Miller) Beavers. He graduated from Adams Central High School in 1984. On May 9, 1987, Jon married Tina Barnason, and together they were blessed with three children. He worked at Paperworks for 37 years.
Jon enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, hunting, and golfing. He was a diehard Husker football and volleyball fan and loved spending time with family and friends playing card games. As a child, he especially enjoyed time at the lake with his mom and dad, where they created lasting memories water skiing and sailing. Jon’s life wouldn’t have been complete without fishing-something he learned from his dad, tried to teach his wife, and proudly passed on to his children. He also loved talking about fishing with his uncles and fishing buddies, sharing stories and laughter from time spent on the water.
He was preceded in death by his father; David and grandparents; Leonard & Lois Miller, and Jim & Vera Beavers.
