Hastings resident, Jose G. "Joey" Hansen, 19, passed away Monday, September 11, 2017, in Hastings, Nebraska.

Private family services and burial will be held at a later date. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established.

Joey was born October 23, 1997, in Grand Island, Nebraska to Alexander Gonzalez and Wendy Hansen. He graduated from Hastings High School in 2016.

Joey was preceded in death by his grandfather, Duane Hansen.
