Judy Bumgardner

Hastings resident, Judy Bumgardner, 66, of 726 South Minnesota Avenue, died Wednesday, May 30, 2007 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.

Rosary will be Friday, June 1, 2007; 7:00 P.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, June 2, 2007; 9:00 A.M. at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church with Father Larry Gyhra officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, all in Hastings, Nebraska. Visitation will be Thursday, May 31, 2007; 5P.M.-9P.M., Friday, June 1, 2007; 9A.M.-9P.M. at the funeral home & Saturday, June 2, 2007; 1 hr. prior to service at the church. Memorials may be given to St. Cecilia's Catholic Church.

Mrs. Bumgardner was born March 21, 1941 in Spalding, Nebraska to Leonard & Loretta (Moran) O'Neil. She graduated from Spalding High School and married Dennis Bumgardner on November 11, 1962 in Spalding, Nebraska. She graduated from Grand Island School of Beauty and worked in various beauty shops in Hastings, Nebraska. She worked for 20 years at The Children's Ark, Hastings, Nebraska. She was a member of St. Cecilia's Catholic Church. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Bumgardner was preceded in death by her parents.
