Kevin Albert Sadd

Hastings resident Kevin Albert Sadd, 64, passed away Friday, March 29, 2024, at CHI Health – Bergen Mercy, Omaha, NE.    

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 3, at First United Methodist Church in Hastings with Rev. Lance Clay officiating. Burial will be at Parkview Cemetery in Hastings. Visitation will be 1-7 p.m. with family present 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, at the funeral home, and one hour before the service at the church. Memorials may be given to the family, please send all memorials c/o Livingston Butler Volland Funeral Home, 1225 North Elm Avenue, Hastings, NE 68901. Kevin was born December 3, 1959, in Hastings, NE to Albert Jr. and Delores Rae (Connett) Sadd. He graduated from Hastings Senior High School in 1978. Kevin worked as a maintenance supervisor at the Imperial Mall. He was a member of the Chiefs with the American Legion Baseball. Kevin loved watching and supporting the Florida State Seminoles, especially the football team and he had 14 Florida State tattoos. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren, and going out to eat. 

Kevin was preceded in death by his father; brothers-in-law, Rod Breckner and Fred Catlett; and niece, Teri.
