LaDonna Hohlfeld

Hastings resident, LaDonna L. Hohlfeld, 85, passed away Monday, January 2, 2017 in Hastings, Nebraska.

Services will be Friday, January 6, 2017; 10:30 A.M. at Faith Lutheran Church, Hastings with Pastor Josh Davis officiating. Burial will be Friday, January 6, 2017; 2:00 P.M. in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings. Memorials may be given to Faith Lutheran Church or to the American Diabetes Association for diabetes research. Visitation will be Thursday, January 5, 2017; 1:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. with family present 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home, and one hour prior to service at the church.

LaDonna was born December 5, 1931 in Hillsboro, Kansas to Pastor Grant & Lucille (Christiansen) Krueckeberg. She graduated from Hastings High School and attended Hastings College. LaDonna married Robert Hohlfeld on March 6, 1951; they were married for 65 years.

She was a homemaker, operated Hohlfeld Employment and was a member of the Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce. LaDonna was a member of Faith Lutheran Church.

LaDonna was preceded in death by her parents.
