Linda Svoboda

Hastings resident, Linda K. Svoboda, 61, passed away Friday, October 4, 2013 at Perkins Pavilion, Good Samaritan Society - Hastings Village, Hastings, Nebraska.

Memorial Services will be Tuesday, October 8, 2013; 1:30 P.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings with Father Joseph M. Walsh officiating. A private family burial will be held at a later date. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established.

Linda was born July 21, 1952 in Sioux City, Iowa to Harold & Irene (Ginger) Warburton. Linda married Kenneth Svoboda on September 13, 1975 at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church in Hastings; he preceded her in death on December 25, 2001. Linda co-owned and operated Svoboda Plumbing in Hastings for many years. She was a member of St. Cecilia's Catholic Church.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth Svoboda; and four brothers, Lonnie, Larry, Roger, and Russell.
