Hastings resident Lois A. Demaray, 73, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at her home.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 12, at Butler Volland Chapel in Hastings with Chaplain John Mueller officiating. Burial is at Parkview Cemetery in Hastings. Visitation is 1-7 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date. For the health and safety of others face masks are required for those attending the visitation and funeral, your cooperation is appreciated. Since there are material sharing restrictions, we ask that you bring your own pen for signing the registration book or memorial envelopes. If you do not bring one, we can do that for you.
Lois was born June 13, 1947, at home in Kenesaw, NE to Everet Laverne Einspahr & Pauline (Lamps) Einspahr Mosier. She worked at ThermoKing before retiring. Lois was a member of the Eagles #592 and Knights of Pythians. She was a member of the Bowling Association for 38 years. Lois loved hosting family gatherings, playing cards, hosting card parties, and gambling. She enjoyed traveling, meeting people, and called herself “a flirt!”
Lois was preceded in death by her mother, Pauline (Lamps) Einspahr Mosier; daughter, Heather Desbien; son, Richard “Ricky” Olsen; and brother, Donald Einspahr.
