Mark Niles

Hastings resident Mark A. Niles, 57, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2026, at his home.

There will be a Celebration of Life at 5:00 p.m., Saturday, August 29th at Kirk & Debb’s Home. Burial will be at the Red Cloud Cemetery in Red Cloud, NE. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.lbvfh.com. Livingston Butler Volland Funeral Home & Cremation Center is serving the family.

Mark was born November 25, 1968, in Aurora, NE, to Buddy & Beth (Wilmot) Niles. He graduated from Aurora High School.

Mark had a deep love for the outdoors and enjoyed spending his time hunting and fishing. He was also a devoted Nebraska Cornhuskers football fan and rarely missed an opportunity to cheer on his favorite team. Whether he was in a deer stand, on the water with a fishing pole, or watching the Huskers play, Mark found joy in the simple things and in the people he shared them with.

He was preceded in death by his mother and grandparents.
