Nina Douglas

Hastings resident Nina Lou Douglas, 81, passed away Friday, December 28, 2018, at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, NE.

Memorial Services are 11 a.m. Thursday, January 3, at Butler Volland Chapel in Hastings with Chaplain John Mueller officiating. Burial will be at Parkview Cemetery in Hastings. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.  A book signing will be 9-5 Wednesday, January 2.

Nina was born June 2,1937, in Columbus, NE to Blanche (Jaeger) & Walter Lucht. She married Clell Duane Douglas on June 26, 1954, in Grand Island, and he preceded her in death on December 31,1995. Nina was a loving wife, mother, grandma and great grandma who loved spending time with her grandbabies, playing Aggravation during the holidays and playing cards with friends.

Nina was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clell; great-granddaughter, Arabella; 3 brothers and 3 sisters; and step-daughter, Joyce Lampman.
