Hastings resident Patricia Ann Cash-Johnson, 75, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at Good Samaritan Society – Grand Island Village, Grand Island, NE.

Patricia has chosen cremation. There will be no viewing, visitation or service. Burial is to be determined at a later date. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.lbvfh.com. Livingston Butler Volland Funeral Home & Cremation Center is serving the family.

Patricia was born on Wednesday, April 12, 1950, to Charles and Eloris (Dunbar) Cash in Hastings, NE. She graduated from Hastings High School and married David E. Johnson in 1968. From this union a son, Brent, was born.

Patricia was a spirited soul, and her vibrant life led her to many places. Working as a para-legal was her proudest career achievement. She loved her family above all else.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Betty Jo; and one brother, Charles Jr. (Chuck). 

Patricia is survived by her son, Brent & wife Jullee of Hastings, NE; granddaughter, Tonia & fiancé John Dugger of Elkhorn, NE ; grandson, Stephen Johnson of Hastings, NE; three sisters & spouses, Charlene & Dick Woolsey of Pueblo West, CO, Merry & Bill Perry of Evans, CO, and Karen & Roger Anderson of Hastings, NE; one brother, Gary & Debbie Cash of North Platte, NE; as well as numerous nieces & nephews.

Brent & the family would like to thank the staff at Good Samaritan Society – Grand Island Village & Hospice for their wonderfully supportive care of us and Patricia.
