Robert "Bob" Philo Stark

Hastings resident Robert “Bob” Philo Stark, 84, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2026, at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital in Hastings, NE.

Services will be 10:00 a.m. on March 6, 2026 at Zion Lutheran Church, in Hastings, NE. with Pastor Ben Siebert officiating. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery in Trumbull. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. with the family present 5-7 p.m. Thursday, March 5th at Butler Volland Funeral Home. Memorials may be given to Zion Lutheran Church or Orphan Grain Train. Robert was born on December 1, 1941, to David & Bertha (Buckley) Stark of Alliance Nebraska. He graduated from Alliance High School in 1959. Robert married Elizabeth Kleier on May 5, 1963.

Robert was proceeded in death by his parents and his wife Elizabeth. He is survived by Sons; Charles Stark of Carlisle Pennsylvania, Allan Stark of Parker Colorado. Grandchildren; Tyler & Madeline Stark of Hickory North Carolina, Emily Stark of Los Almos New Mexico, Robert Zhang and Jessica Zhang of Lawrence Kansas.
