Robert McFerren

Former Hastings resident, Robert Lynn McFerren, 59, passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017, at O.U.R. Homes, Lincoln, Nebraska.

Memorial Services will be Saturday, December 2, 2017; 11:00 A.M. at First United Methodist Church, Hastings with Pastor Greg Lindenberger officiating. Private family burial will be held at a later date. Memorials may be given to First United Methodist Church. There will be no viewing or visitation. Book signing will be Thursday, November 30, 2017; 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., Friday, December 1, 2017; 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home, and one hour prior to service at the church.

Robert was born November 18, 1958, in Hastings, Nebraska to James & Verlene (Plambeck) McFerren. He graduated from Hastings High School and attended Wichita State University for three years. Robert was a former member of First United Methodist Church.

Robert was preceded in death by his grandparents and two uncles.
