Rodney Gronewold

Hastings resident, Rodney Lee Gronewold, 59, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at Blue Valley Care Home, Hebron, Nebraska.

Services will be Saturday, December 23, 2017; 10:30 A.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings with Pastor Joel Remmers officiating. Burial will be Saturday, December 23, 2017; 1:00 P.M. in Juniata Cemetery, Juniata. Memorials may be given to Mid-Nebraska Individual Services or family's choice. Visitation will be Friday, December 22, 2017; 1:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. with family present 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. and one hour prior to service at the funeral home.

Rodney was born October 15, 1958, in Hastings, Nebraska to Glendale & Shirley (Graham) Gronewold. He was with Mid-Nebraska Individual Services since 1972 where he did contract work. Rodney attended First St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Hastings.

Rodney was preceded in death by his father, Glendale Gronewold; and grandparents, William & Tillie Gronewold and Clifford & Mildred Graham.
