Ronald Jacobi

Former Hastings resident, Ronald L. Jacobi, 59, passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2016 in Westminster, CO.

Rosary will be Thursday August 4, 2016; 10:30 A.M. at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Hastings. Memorial Mass will follow at 11:00 A.M. with Father Michael Houlihan officiating at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Hastings. Private family burial will be held at a later date. Memorials may be given to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) or family's choice.

Ronald was born June 3, 1957 to Edward & Dolores (Maul) Jacobi in Hastings, Nebraska. He graduated from St. Cecilia High School in 1975. He married Becky Hurst in 1979; they had two children, Jonathan & Katherine. They later divorced. He enjoyed a 30 year career with Burlington Northern Railroad as a brakeman and conductor.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
