Rose DeMoor

Hastings resident, Rose Louise (Leichleiter) DeMoor, 72, passed away Monday, October 16, 2017, at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, Nebraska.

Memorial Service will be Monday, October 23, 2017; 4:00 P.M. at All Saints Chapel-Good Samaritan Village, Hastings with Pastor Charles Johnson officiating. Interment will be in Harvard Cemetery, Harvard at a later date. A memorial will be established in her name c/o Donna Soneson, 1001 West 15th, Ellis, Kansas 67637.

Rose was born October 24, 1944, in Harvard, Nebraska to Francis J. & Annabelle J. (Schneller) Leichleiter. She married Steven R. DeMoor on May 12, 1984. Rose was a former seamstress for many years for a bridal shop in Hastings. She enjoyed her family, sewing, and was a faithful church goer.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Joseph, Wesley and Thomas Leichleiter; sister, Donna F. Leichleiter; nephew, Stephen Leichleiter, Jr.; and niece, Kristina Swanson.
