Ruby Cole

Hastings resident, Ruby L. Cole, 97, passed away on April 24, 2015 at The Kensington in Hastings, Nebraska.

A Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Parkview Cemetery, Hastings. Book signing will be Monday, April 27, 2015; 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. and Tuesday, April 28, 2015; 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Memorials may be given to the family.

Ruby was born May 18, 1917 in Upland, Nebraska to Gust & Frances (Danielsen) Jameson. She graduated from Franklin High School. She married Donald N. Cole on November 8, 1941; he preceded her in death in August, 1991. Ruby was a homemaker and also graduated from Beauty School in Hastings. She was a working beautician for many years. Ruby was a member of Faith Lutheran Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Hazel Schroeder; and grandson, Marcus Prange.
