Ruth McKelvie

Hastings resident, Ruth V. McKelvie, 85, of 701 Circle R, died Saturday, September 9, 2006 at her home.

Memorial service will be Tuesday, September 12, 2006; 10:30 A.M. at All St. Chapel with Pastor Neil Vik officiating. Private family burial. Memorials to Mary Lanning Hospice or Donors Choice. No viewing or visitation.

Mrs. McKelvie was born May 28, 1921 in Hastings, Nebraska to Albert John & Merle J. (Likely) Theobald. She graduated from Hastings High School and also from Hastings College. She married Alan McKelvie. She was a secretary at Grace United Methodist Church. She was a life long area resident and attended All Saints Chapel at Good Samaritan Village.

Mrs. McKelvie was preceded in death by her parents; mother-in-law, Alice V. McKelvie; brothers-in-law; Elmer Divan, Robert McKelvie & Robert Stommel.
