Sharon Hamik

Sharon A. Hamik, 66, of 3235 South Baltimore, died Saturday, September 5, 2009 at Perkins Pavilion, Good Samaritan Society - Hastings Village.

Services will be Thursday, September 10, 2009; 10:00 A.M. at First St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Hastings, Nebraska with Pastor Joel Remmers officiating. Burial will be in Blue Valley Cemetery, Ayr, Nebraska. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 9, 2009; 6 P.M. - 9 P.M. with family present. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to First St. Paul's Lutheran Church or Morrison Cancer Center. Sharon Hamik was born July 6, 1943 to Billy W. & Margaret (Rothfuss) Stubbe at Hastings, Nebraska. She graduated from Roseland High School in 1961. On September 7, 1963 she married Jerry Hamik at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church. Sharon was a homemaker and had worked in food service at Sunnyside and Good Samaritan Village. She was a member of First St. Paul's Lutheran Church and a lifelong resident of Adams County.

Sharon Hamik was preceded in death by her mother and great-granddaughter, Kiara Roman.
