Suzanne M. Weber

Hastings resident Suzanne M. Weber, 70, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at Bryan East in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, May 14, 2026, at Butler Volland Chapel in Hastings with Pastor Joel Remmers officiating. Burial will be at Parkview Cemetery in Hastings, Nebraska. Visitation will be 1-7 p.m., with the family present 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at Butler Volland Funeral Home, and one hour before the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date. The service will be live-streamed on Livingston Butler Volland Funeral Home’s website. Suzanne was born November 22, 1955, in Hastings, NE, to Ben and Ilene (Hinrichs) Weber. She graduated from Hastings High School in 1974. Suzanne dedicated many years of service as an Assistant Specialist for DHHS, Child Services Licensing, where she was known for her hard work, compassion, and commitment to helping others. Suzanne treasured her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend whose greatest joy came from spending time with her many grandchildren. Her kindness and warmth created lasting memories for all who knew her.

Suzanne was preceded in death by her father, Ben Weber; sister, Lori Jarvis; infant brother, Randall; and brother-in-law, Jeff Welsh.
