Thomas Fielder

Hastings resident, Thomas "Tom" A. Fielder, 52, passed away Monday, December 5, 2011 at his home.

Visitation and reception, with family present, will be Saturday, December 10, 2011; 1:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. at Butler Volland Funeral Home, Hastings. Burial will be held at a later date in Parkview Cemetery. Book signing will be held Thursday, December 8, 2011; 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., and Friday, December 9, 2011; 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the family.

Tom was born June 29, 1959 in Dallas, Texas to Larry & Norma (Swift) Fielder. He worked construction in the Hastings area for various companies.

Tom was preceded in death by his grandparents, Don & Twila Fielder and Noah Sr. & Germain Swift; niece, Megan Shreve; and uncle, Ron Fielder.
