Timothy Louis "Tim" Nathan

Hastings resident Timothy Louis “Tim” Nathan, 67, passed away Sunday, December 14, 2025, at Mary Lanning Health Care.

Rosary will be at 10:00 a.m. and Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 a.m. Friday, December 19, at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Hastings with Fr. Craig Clinch officiating. Burial will be 2:30 p.m., Friday, December 19, at Fullerton Cemetery in Fullerton, NE. Visitation will be 1:00 to 7:00 p.m., December 18, at the funeral home, with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and one hour before the service at the church. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date. The service will be live-streamed on Livingston Butler Volland Funeral Home’s website. Timothy was born August 23, 1958, in Fullerton Nebraska, to Rupert & Rose (Pachunka) Nathan. He graduated from Fullerton High School and went on to earn his degree from College of Hair Design. He was a hairdresser for many years in the Hastings area. He enjoyed gardening, yard work and spending time with his Grandchildren.

Timothy is preceeded in death by his parents; son, Preston Nathan; sister, Peggy Luft; and nephew, James Luft.
