Wayne Rippen

Wayne Rolland Rippen, 63 , of 1312 Williams, died Friday, November 10, 2006 at his home.

Services will be will be Wednesday, November 15, 2006; 10:30 A.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Pastor Tony Anderson officiating. Private family interment at a later date.

Visitation will be Monday, November 13, 2006; 6pm-9pm, Tuesday, November 14, 2006; 9am-9pm and Wednesday, November 15, 2006; 9am until service time. Memorials to the family.

Mr. Rippen was born August 16, 1943 in Hastings, Nebraska to Delton & Colleen (Barth) Rippen. He graduated from Hastings High School in 1961 and attended Kearney Sate College. He worked for T-L Irrigation in Hastings and Kansas for 34 years, retiring due to health problems. Wayne was a member of the Elks Club for 24 years and a member of Southern Hills Golf course where he was and avid golfer.

Mr. Rippen was preceded in death by an infant sister, Vivian and other close relatives.
